Charity Tweet of the Week: 23rd Separate Mechanised Brigade

Every Monday we will try to post a tweet asking for donations or support. If you have a charity you would like to feature on this page, please let us know through the Kharkiv Expats Facebook Group.

While it may seem a little wild that some requests for donations are going directly to the units fighting at the front, it is what it is until other governments (cough cough, US Congress) can organize and get Ukraine what it needs to win the war.

COFFEE NEWS FOR YOUR MONDAY…

BUH-BYE PUSHKINSKAYA… Kharkiv City council voted to rename ‘Pushkinskaya’ street to ‘Grigori Skovorodi’ street, so as to continue de-Russification of the city. In all 65 streets were renamed in the resolution, you can read about most of them here in Ukrainian.
